Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant technology and transformation experience.
• Experience in consulting or for a leading bank or financial institution.
• Experience across implementation, enhancement, and release upgrade cycles.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent English communication.
• Willingness to travel locally and abroad for project assignments.

Responsibilities

• Support the functional/stream lead in end-to-end platform implementation across modules with a focus on technical execution.
• Develop and apply deep knowledge of platform parameterization and rule engines within core banking modules.
• Build and support system integrations using APIs, messaging, or file-based interfaces; assist with mapping and performance tuning.
• Assist in data migration strategies, including mapping, transformation logic, validation, and reconciliation.
• Configure system parameters and components aligned to solution design and non-functional requirements.
• Execute SIT/UAT testing, prepare test data, analyze defects, and support resolution.
• Troubleshoot issues across configuration, scripts, and integrations; escalate risks as needed.
