Job summary

Satellite Office is seeking a Rapid eLearning Developer to join our Learning and Development team in Pasig City. The role focuses on transforming content into engaging, digestible digital learning experiences with a fast-paced workflow.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to create high-quality learning materials, develop interactive templates, and ensure accessibility and on-brand design. Proficiency with Storyline/Rise and multimedia tools is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Convert content into engaging eLearning modules using Storyline/Rise.
• Create interactivities, quizzes, tabs, and click-and-reveal activities.
• Collaborate with SMEs and L&D teams to develop materials.
• Design clean, on-brand course templates with good visuals.
• Source and edit multimedia: images, audio, video.
• Publish courses to LMS using SCORM/xAPI.
• Perform quality assurance testing and track results.
• Manage multiple projects with speed and independence.

Our awesome client, a leading company based in Robinsons Cyberscape Gamma, Ortigas, Pasig City, is looking for a Rapid eLearning Developer to be part of their Learning and Development team.

WHAT IS A RAPID ELEARNING DEVELOPER?

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys transforming content into engaging, easy-to-understand digital learning experiences. You’ll work closely with stakeholders and L&D teams to create high-quality learning materials while balancing speed, creativity, and accuracy.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?

• Convert existing content into engaging and structured eLearning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise
• Build simple and effective interactivities, including quizzes, tabs, and click-and-reveal activities
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and L&D teams to develop effective learning materials
• Design clean, visually appealing, and on-brand course templates
• Source and edit basic multimedia elements, including images, audio, and video
• Upload and publish courses to LMS platforms using SCORM and/or xAPI
• Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure courses function properly and track accurately
• Manage multiple learning projects while delivering outputs quickly and independently

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Must-Have

• Hands-on experience working with multiple Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Strong ability to deliver quality outputs quickly and independently
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Good eye for layout, structure, visual presentation, and user experience

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Articulate Storyline and/or Articulate Rise
• Experience with Canva, Vyond, or similar multimedia development tools
• Exposure to Adobe tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro
• Familiarity with accessibility standards such as WCAG
• Background in corporate, retail, or clinical learning environments
