Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications or related engineering field.
• ECE license is an advantage but not required.
• 2–5 years of telecom field operations, RAN, or MW projects required.

Responsibilities

• Install, integrate, commission, test, and maintain RAN and MW equipment.
• Conduct site surveys and assess readiness before deployment.
• Install and configure antennas, RRUs, BBUs, IDUs, and ODUs.
• Align microwave antennas and ensure optimal signal quality.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with NOC, project managers, subcontractors, and customers.
• Prepare site docs, reports, punch lists, and acceptance reports.
• Ensure compliance with specs, standards, and safety policies.
• Resolve issues and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Support network modernization, upgrades, and migrations.
• Maintain inventory and accountability of field tools and equipment.
