Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, telecommunications, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years in planning, designing, and executing microwave deployment projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage microwave deployment projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget.
• Design or redesign microwave communication systems and networks per specs.
• Perform path loss, link budget, and frequency planning analyses.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers; provide progress reports.
• Document results and maintain test records and as-built drawings.
