Job summary

UPS International General Services Co. in the Philippines is seeking a capable Air Ramp operations supervisor to oversee safety, compliance, training, and regional coordination.

You will supervise the Air Ramp team and vendors on flight, ramp, import and export operations, ensuring on-time performance, safe handling, and adherence to procedures. Strong leadership and a focus on accuracy are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in ramp or ground operations.
• Prior team lead or senior ramp agent experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft ground handling procedures.
• Familiarity with GSE operations and safety.
• Ability to lead ramp teams in fast-paced operational environments.
• Attention to safety, accuracy, and performance.
