Job summary

WSP in Asia is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the MRT7 Project in Manila. You will manage project coordination, document control, and stakeholder interfaces, ensuring timely issue resolution and smooth execution of signalling and systems activities.

The role requires collaboration with Hyundai Rotem HQ, local teams, and the client, with on-site support for EMC, noise, and vibration activities. A relevant engineering degree and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in project coordination, document control, or railway/infrastructure project delivery.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate local interfaces and manage documentation for HQ-led work.
• Track document submissions and status with clients and internal teams.
• Organize meetings and maintain schedules between Korea and Philippine teams.
• Support on-site measurement, testing, and administrative tasks.
• Communicate with local engineers and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
