Job summary

WSP Manila Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the MRT7 project by coordinating documents, managing local interfaces, and providing on-site support for EMC, noise, and vibration activities.

You will serve as a liaison between HQ in Korea and Philippine teams, ensuring timely delivery, issue resolution, and smooth project execution while coordinating stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Experience in project coordination, engineering support, and document control.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
• Experience in railway or infrastructure projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate documents and track approval/status for HQ-led work and liaise with teams.
• Maintain local interface and collect evidence for configuration, safety logs, and compliance.

Job Summary

The role is responsible for supporting the MRT7 Project through project coordination, document and compliance management, stakeholder interface management, and site support activities. The position serves as the key liaison between Hyundai Rotem headquarters, local project teams, and the client, ensuring efficient project delivery, timely resolution of issues, and smooth execution of signalling and systems-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Document Control

• Trace and manage documents submitted to SMC by HRC (Ricardo's CDRL), and immediately forward them to the MRT7 Korea team.
• Periodically verify the approval status or feedback from SMC regarding the submitted documents and perform continuous follow-ups.

2. Local Interface & Evidence Management

• Maintain close communication and issue task requests to local engineers to ensure the smooth progress of HQ (Korea)-led work, including System Integration Management (Compliance Matrix), Configuration Management (PBS Baseline & Configuration Sheet), and Safety Management (Hazard Log).
• Thoroughly collect and manage local evidence documents required for the aforementioned tasks and document revisions.
• Organize and coordinate schedules for meetings between the Korea and Philippine teams as necessary.

3. On-site Support (EMC, Noise & Vibration)

• Support on-site measurement and testing activities, including local guiding, administrative support, and communication with local personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Experience in project coordination, engineering support, systems administration, document control, or railway/infrastructure project delivery.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage project documents, technical submissions, action logs, schedules, and stakeholder communications.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with local teams, clients, and overseas stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
• Experience in railway, signalling, transportation, infrastructure, or construction projects would be highly advantageous.
