Job summary

Alstom in Ortigas Centre, Manila, Philippines, is seeking a System Integration Manager to define and manage interfaces across E&M subsystems for tramway projects. You will lead SICD development, ensure interface consistency, and collaborate with engineering, project management, and external partners to prepare for the integration phase.

The role requires a Master’s in Engineering, 20 years in railway systems, and at least 10 years as an E&M engineer with two integrator projects.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
20 years of experience in railway systems with E&M knowledge.
10+ years as an E&M systems engineer and at least two projects as integrator.
Expertise in System Engineering and ability to align with processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
Knowledge of Alstom processes and disciplines.

Responsibilities

Define and manage the System Interface management process and interface register.
Create and maintain System Interface Control Documents (SICD) for subsystem pairs.
Ensure consistency and alignment of interfaces across E&M subsystems.
Manage detailed interface definitions, including SIDD and cabling consistency.
Oversee Civil Works (CW) interface engineering for tramway projects and support integration phases.
