Alstom in Manila is seeking a full-time Platform Screen Door Installation Engineer to lead on-site PSD installations, verify drawings, and ensure readiness of materials and tools.

You will supervise PSD installation workers and subcontractors, coordinate interfaces with civil, track, electrical and signaling teams, and uphold EHS and quality standards.

Degree in Engineering and 3 years of PSD or railway interface experience are required; strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Formación

• Degree/diploma in Engineering or a related field.
• 3 years of Experience in Platform Screen Door (PSD) systems installation or railway systems or interface management.
• Knowledge of EHS standards and quality assurance processes.
• Familiarity with installation design coordination, interface management, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of PSD mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and work collaboratively with diverse teams

Responsabilidades

• Preparing installation work by organizing the 4M checklist, ensuring material availability, and verifying installation drawings, design documents, and tools.
• Supervising Platform Screen Door (PSD) installation workers and subcontractors, providing guidance and setting priorities.
• Ensuring execution of PSD installation activities on-site, including structural supports, door modules, electrical and mechanical equipment, and associated interfaces, while adhering to approved method statements and installation procedures.
• Coordinating with the PrYM, reporting field activity progress, and addressing issues in a timely manner.
• Ensuring compliance with EHS requirements and quality standards during all PSD installation activities.
• Identifying and verifying contract requirements related to PSD equipment installation, interfaces, alignment, and integration with railway systems.
• Managing day-to-day activities of PSD subcontractors and fostering effective collaboration among project stakeholders.
• Monitoring installation progress, resolving site issues, and ensuring installation activities are completed according to project schedules and quality requirements.
• Coordinating interface activities with civil, track, electrical, signaling, and rolling stock teams where required
