Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in Contracts Management and Documentation.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Builds, maintains and sustains relationships with rail stakeholders (DOTr, PTOs, project clients, government agencies).
• Coordinates activities between internal and external stakeholders on rail-related concerns.
• Oversees contract review, post-award execution, controls and monitoring for rail projects.
