Job summary

AF Payments Inc. is seeking a Construction Officer to lead site construction management for Rail AFCS projects.

You will liaise with the Rail AFCS Manager and Lead Project Engineer to gather requirements, plan, and execute design deliverables including DED and UI specs, while ensuring compliance with TOR and quality standards. You will assist in defining technical and material standards, work closely with the project team to meet timelines and budgets, and provide technical support across AFCS

Qualifications

• Two years minimum experience in Rail AFCS infrastructure projects.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Site construction management planning and supervision per WBS.
• Prepare work plans, schedules, and material control strategies.
• Collaborate with EPCC to ensure onsite compliance and permits.
• Draft, revise, and finalize design-related deliverables per TOR/FOC.
• Provide technical input on AFCS, UI specs, and standards.
• Coordinate with project team and stakeholders for deliverables.
