The role involves pursuing partnerships, implementing CSR programs, and resolving issues while strategizing communications with stakeholders. The candidate will lead stakeholder mapping, risk assessments, and engagements, ensuring alignment with ESG goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in relationship-building roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CSR programs for host LGUs and barangays.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement with local and national government, NGOs, and transportation groups.
• Lead high-level stakeholder engagements, negotiations, and conflict resolution efforts.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Communication, Social Work, Community Development, Education, Public Affairs, Public Administration, or a related area
