Job summary

Amelia Coal Mining Limited is seeking a senior civil engineer to coordinate, monitor, and ensure the timely execution of civil projects at the railway siding, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and cost effectiveness for the Amelia Coal Mine project in India.

You will review drawings and estimates, supervise contractors, manage materials and schedules, develop subordinates, and drive quality control and safety practices across site activities.

Qualifications

• Coordinate and monitor civil project activities on site.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Focus on work at the railway siding and related infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• KRA1 Estimates / Drawings: Review drawings and finalize estimates.
• KRA2 Quality Control Management: Ensure quality with supervision and material checks.
• KRA3 Material & Time Management: Ensure timely material availability and progress tracking.
• KRA4 Cost Control: Monitor expenditures and avoid overruns.
• KRA5 Safety: Enforce safety rules and raise safety awareness.
• KRA6 Development of Subordinates: Mentor, train, and develop subordinates.
