Salary: Negotiable (Paid via payroll on the 15th and 30th of every month)
Nederlands Diagnostics is seeking a skilled and precise Radiologic Technologist with Ultrasound background to handle diagnostic imaging operations. The ideal candidate will operate diagnostic radiology equipment, perform ultrasound procedures, and ensure accurate image capture while prioritizing patient comfort and safety.
Diagnostic & Ultrasound Procedures:
Perform routine X-ray imaging procedures and basic-to-intermediate ultrasound examinations according to established protocols.
Position patients correctly to capture high-quality diagnostic images while minimizing exposure to radiation and ensuring patient comfort.
Image & Record Management:
Process, evaluate, and archive diagnostic images in the clinic’s management system / PACS / EMR.
Prepare clear, initial findings and documentation for radiologist review and sign-off.
Equipment Care & Quality Control:
Calibrate, test, and maintain X-ray and ultrasound equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
Report any technical issues or equipment malfunctions immediately to management.
Safety & Clinical Coordination:
Enforce radiation safety protocols (ALARA principle) and maintain personal radiation monitoring devices (TLD/film badges).
Coordinate with General Practitioners, Radiologists, and nursing staff to ensure seamless patient care and timely release of diagnostic results.
Working Pattern: 5.5 Days Working
Monday – Friday: 9 Hours per day (includes 1-hour break)
Saturday: Half Day
Sunday: OFF (All Sundays Off)
Education: Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology.
Licensure: Valid and active PRC License as a Radiologic Technologist.
Experience/Skills: Proven background or formal training in performing diagnostic Ultrasound scans.
Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of digital X-ray systems, PACS, and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, patient care demeanor, and strong communication skills.
