Job summary

Concentrix Philippines is seeking a qualified Radiologic Technologist for our Makati clinic. You will set up imaging rooms, prep patients, and ensure high-quality radiographs while strictly following safety protocols.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in radiologic technology, a current PRC license (RRT), at least 2 years in a primary laboratory, and 2D echo experience. Proficiency with the Radiology Information System and MS Office is needed, with strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in a primary laboratory (excluding internship).
• Experience and certification in 2D echo is a MUST.
• RPO training is an advantage.

• Able to navigate Radiology Information System and basic MS Office tools.
• Physically capable to handle heavy equipment.
• Able to work independently or with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set up examination rooms; ensure gowns, linens, and sanitation are ready.
• Explain procedures to patients; obtain consent and address questions.
• Position patients; select scan settings; ensure image clarity.
• Strictly follow safety protocols to minimize radiation exposure.
• Generate and review diagnostic images; liaise with physicians; maintain records.
• Monitor radiographic supplies and manage inventory.
• Submit purchase requests for supplies monthly.
• Maintain equipment and coordinate with Biomed for maintenance.
• Assist in FDA documents and regulatory compliance for radiology.
• Assist Radiologists in ultrasound procedures.
• Schedule and organize Radiologists' deployments for procedures.
• Manage daily reader schedules and payment requests.

Responsibilities

• Sets up examination rooms by ensuring equipment is ready, there is availability of fresh sets of patients gowns and linens, and dressing cubicles/procedure areas are sanitized
• Communicates with patients, explains procedures, ensures every patient is comfortable and consents to procedure, and addresses queries
• Positions patients, selects appropriate scan settings, and ensures image clarity
• Strictly adheres to safety protocols and norms, minimizing radiation exposure
• Generates and reviews diagnostic images, liaises with physicians, and maintains patient records
• Ensures timely availability of radiographic supplies and monitors stocks and inventory
• Prepares & submits request for purchase to OM on a monthly scheduled basis for supplies/consumables replenishment
• Maintains equipment by performing regular checks, executing scheduled maintenance with Biomed or Equipment supplier, and escalating prompt emergency repairs
• Assists Clinic Operations Manager in preparing all FDA documents and permits related to radiology for regulatory compliance
• Assist Radiologists in ultrasound procedures
• Arranges schedule/decking of Radiologists for regular and special procedures
• Efficiently manages the daily schedule of readers
• Monitors and prepares Radiologist reader’s request for payment
