• Direct and coordinate activities of programming staff.
• Discuss production and budgeting issues with directors and production staff.
• Coordinate activities between news and programming departments.
• Plan and schedule programming and event coverage based on broadcast needs.
• Conduct interviews for broadcasts.
• Develop ideas for programs and features.
• Operate and maintain on-air and production audio equipment.
• Set goals for programs according to organizational objectives.
• Plan programs from start to finish with deadlines and milestones.
• Manage client implementations for on-air staff.
