Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Radio Access Network Engineer for onsite work in Pasay, Philippines, night shift. You will support construction with modifications, maintain precise notes, and manage exceptions and E2E milestones.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving and end-to-end project execution. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in wireless design (2G/3G/4G/5G/LTE) and a proven track record delivering complex RAN deployments.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience with wireless design across 2G/3G/4G/5G or LTE.
• Experience implementing end-to-end wireless network projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist construction with modification issues and resolutions.
• Ensure accurate notes for structure/modification updates and crane requirements.
• Identify and request mount modification exceptions through approval processes.
• Update E2E process milestones and document review scope, materials, and labor.

Your Role

As a Radio Access Network Engineer, you will:

• Assist construction with modification issues and resolutions
• Ensure accurate notes for structural/modification updates and accurate assessment of crane needs and alternative solutions
• Identify and Request mount mod exceptions through approval process
• Ensure 3rd party SAQ documents such as; MA, SA and CDs are loaded to E2E tool and accurate data entry based off notes and updates
• Actualize E2E Process milestones, and fields associated with Document Reviews. Update Scope of Work, Materials and Labor associated with Document Reviews

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• At least 3 years of experience with wireless design - 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, or LTE
• In depth experience with end to end project implementation

Preferred Skills/expertise

• You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality
• You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work
• You are looking for long-term projects
