Morgan McKinley in Manila seeks a Finance Team Lead to manage a team of up to ten accountants within our Close & Reporting operations. You will drive IFRS-compliant month-end close, revenue control, and balance sheet substantiation while building a scalable control environment and mentoring staff.

This role partners with global process owners to refine workflows, automate routine tasks, and ensure timely, high-quality financial reporting. CPA/ACCA/CIMA preferred.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with recognized credential (CPA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent.
• Proven experience leading finance/accounting teams in multinational settings.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and close-process controls.
• Comfort with large datasets and advanced Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems, especially Oracle and OneStream.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of up to ten accounting professionals.
• Manage month-end close of legal entities to deadlines.
• Oversee revenue control, bank reconciliations, and data accuracy.
• Substantiate balance sheets with reconciliations and journal entries.
• Govern intercompany recharges and settlements.
• Coordinate year-end deliverables and audit responses.
• Partner with global process owners to streamline workflows and automate tasks.
