Job summary

foodpanda, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a highly motivated Record to Report (R2R) Process Specialist to standardize, optimize, and automate the R2R cycle across global entities. You will report to the Lead R2R Processes and lead projects to improve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.

The role requires IFRS expertise, strong project management, and hands-on experience with SAP in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Partially qualified accountant status (CPA/ACCA/CIMA/ACA) is mandatory.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Accounting, Finance Transformation, or R2R process management, preferably in a global environment.
• Deep knowledge of IFRS application and its impact on financial processes and reporting.
• Strong project management acumen; structured methodologies preferred (PMP, Six Sigma a plus) and experience with SAP.

Responsibilities

• Define, document, and enforce a standardized global R2R process template across 17 countries.
• Identify bottlenecks, control gaps, and variations in current R2R processes.
• Define and track KPIs and SLAs for the R2R cycle, focusing on efficiency and data quality.
• Drive adoption and implementation of new technologies (e.g., RPA, AI-driven reconciliation) to enable a touchless close.
