Job summary

foodpanda is seeking a Record to Report (R2R) Process Specialist to standardize, optimize, and automate the R2R cycle across 17 countries. You will drive journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation in a fast-paced, governance-driven environment.

You should be a partially qualified accountant with at least 5 years in accounting or finance transformation, strong IFRS knowledge, and experience leading cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• Partially qualified accountant with IFRS knowledge.
• 5+ years in accounting, finance transformation or R2R.
• Experience leading cross-functional, global projects.
• SAP experience and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Standardize, document, and enforce a global R2R process template.
• Identify bottlenecks, control gaps, and variations in R2R.
• Define KPIs/SLAs and drive data quality improvements.
• Lead transformation projects with stakeholder management.
