Job summary

Earth Homecare Products (Philippines), Inc. is seeking a General Accountant to safeguard the integrity of the general ledger and financial records.

You will handle core R2R activities, including month-end and year-end closing, journal entries, and account reconciliations, while supporting reporting and budgeting processes. The role requires 1–2 years in General Accounting, strong knowledge of PFRS, Excel mastery, and experience with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• 1–2 years of experience in General Accounting or R2R functions.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor the general ledger for accuracy and integrity.
• Review and post journal entries, accruals, depreciation, and reclassifications.
• Perform timely balance sheet and bank reconciliations with supporting docs.
• Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation records; assist asset verification.
• Support monthly and year-end closing with schedules and documentation.
• Prepare monthly management reports and provide variance analyses.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial analyses.
