Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Record to Report/General Accounting Associate to join our finance team in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.

You will help ensure accurate financial reporting and timely recording of transactions for statutory and management reporting. Responsibilities include month-end close, account reconciliations, and adherence to internal controls and SLAs. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accountancy and at least 1 year of experience in financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy graduate.
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in financial reporting and month-end/year-end closing activities.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles, high attention to detail, and proficiency in financial data management.

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Closing: Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accurate and timely statutory and management reporting.
• Transaction Processing: Perform daily financial operations for highly transactional entities with high efficiency and quality.
• Account Reconciliation: Prepare and review general ledger account reconciliations to ensure financial data integrity.
• Audit & Compliance: Support internal and external audit requirements and ensure compliance with internal controls and company SLAs.
• Operational Control: Maintain accurate records and adhere strictly to standard accounting policies and operational guidelines.
