Xerox Philippines seeks an Accounting Analyst to support financial accounting, reporting, and analysis across multiple business areas in a multinational environment. This role focuses on standardized processes and continuous improvement.

You will contribute to month‑end closes, account reconciliations, and internal controls, while collaborating with global teams and driving efficiency improvements across the R2R landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant financial accounting experience.
• Ability to apply accounting principles to new business situations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem‑solving, and prioritization skills.
• Experience in multinational teams and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and timely month‑end close, financial reporting, and analysis.
• Prepare monthly financial accounts, schedules, journals, and reconciliations.
• Ensure internal controls and SOX compliance; support audits.
• Maintain up‑to‑date process documentation and provide ad‑hoc analyses.
• Support knowledge transfer and standardization across countries.
• Assist in process improvement and transformation initiatives.
