Job summary

Molex Philippines seeks a Site Lead, Product and Development – Networking Segment to guide the R&D organization at the Mabalacat facility, aligning with the global Networking Segment strategy and driving innovation, quality, and performance.

You will lead Product Management, Project Management, and Product Engineering teams, develop future leaders, and collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver new products and technologies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in R&D leadership or related roles.
• Ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally (less than 10%).

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the site's R&D strategy aligned with the global Networking Segment roadmap.
• Serve as the key link between global leadership and local execution, ensuring priorities are delivered.
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing R&D organization.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and PBM.
• Ensure PDP compliance and quality and operational standards.
• Drive improvements in delivery, quality, cost, and innovation.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across PM, Project Mgmt, Product Eng, AQP, and Manufacturing.
• Escalation point for local R&D challenges and timely resolution.
• Represent site in R&D activities and communicate priorities to global leadership.
• Identify risks and mitigate using structured problem-solving methodologies.
