Job summary

Molex is seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality systems across our Philippines facilities. You will ensure conformance to customer and engineering specs, drive a culture of quality excellence, and support organizational goals through effective quality management and CI initiatives.

You will report to the Senior Quality Manager and lead Quality Engineers, Supervisors, and the Assistant Manager while coordinating with global customers, auditors, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years leading quality systems in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Experience managing QMS and quality standards.
• Proven leadership and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Management System, APQP, Lean Six Sigma and CI programs.
• Drive quality excellence through preventive actions and zero-defect initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with IATF/TS 16949, ISO 9000, ISO 14000 and corporate standards.
• Develop and maintain quality systems supporting requirements.
• Act as liaison for customer quality concerns and audits.
• Facilitate quality reviews, corrective actions and metrics.
• Support new product/project quality planning and implementation.
• Partner with leaders to identify improvement opportunities and drive initiatives.
• Oversee health, safety and environmental activities related to quality.
• Support talent development, coaching, and performance management.
