Job summary

Molex is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality systems across our Philippines facilities. You will ensure conformance to customer and engineering specifications, drive a culture of quality excellence, and support organizational goals through effective quality management systems and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, Business, or related discipline.
• Five+ years leading quality systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience managing and improving quality management systems and quality standards.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving organizational change.
• Strong communication, coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the Quality Management System, APQP, Lean Six Sigma, and continuous improvement programs across the organization.
• Drive quality excellence through preventive actions, failure avoidance, and zero-defect initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, including IATF/TS 16949, ISO 9000, ISO 14000, and corporate requirements.
• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality systems supporting business and customer requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison for customer quality concerns and external quality audits.
• Facilitate quality review meetings, corrective and preventive action processes, and quality performance metrics.
• Support new product and project implementation through quality planning and best practices.
• Partner with operational and business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and drive strategic initiatives.
• Oversee quality-related health, safety, and environmental activities.
• Support talent development, coaching, and performance management initiatives within the organization.
