Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Diploma in a relevant science field.
• Entry-level candidates or with 1–3 years in R&D, Pilot Plant, Quality Assurance, or Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Execute production trials for alternative raw materials and packaging formats; map critical process parameters.
• Record real-time trial data, evaluate samples, and draft post-trial reports with actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with Production Supervisors, Machine Operators, and QA to align trials with manufacturing schedules and quality standards.
