Job summary

Magnum RFM Ice Cream Inc. seeks an R&D Process Development Executive (Fixed Term) to lead development, optimization, and transfer of manufacturing processes across internal and external facilities. You will drive end-to-end process excellence and cost transformation initiatives with a focus on robust technology transfer.

The role interfaces between R&D and Supply Chain, guiding process improvements and delivering measurable results within a one-year fixed-term assignment.

Qualifications

• BS in Food Technology or related course with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong skills in root cause analysis, critical thinking & process control.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and scales up manufacturing processes across internal sourcing units and third-party facilities.
• Defines critical process, product, and equipment parameters for robust, scalable operations.
• Owns process development workstreams from lab to full industrial production.
• Acts as R&D focal point for assigned Supply Chain units and manufacturing partners.
• Leads complex root cause analyses and resolves production quality, efficiency, and waste issues.
• Drives cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Regional/Country R&D teams.
• Translates business and consumer needs into process solutions.

R&D Process Development Executive leads the development, optimization, and industrialization of manufacturing processes to enable innovation, renovation, and cost transformation initiatives driven by process. This role serves as a strategic interface between R&D and Supply Chain, driving end-to-end process excellence, ensuring robust technology transfer, and delivering continuous improvement across sourcing units and third-party manufacturers.

What you'll be responsible for

• Conducts the design, development, and scale-up of manufacturing processes across internal sourcing units and third-party facilities / RM supplier/s
• Defines critical process, product, and equipment parameters to ensure robust, scalable, and reproducible operations
• Owns process development workstreams, ensuring seamless transition from lab scale to full industrial production
• Acts as the R&D focal point for assigned Supply Chain units and manufacturing partners
• Leads complex root cause analysis and drives resolution of production challenges related to quality, efficiency, and waste
• Drives strong cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Regional/Country R&D teams
• Translates business and consumer needs into process solutions
