Manufacturing in America seeks an R&D Product Development Assistant in the Philippines to support product development through testing, documentation, research, and trials. You will help launch new SKUs, enhance existing products, and evaluate raw and packaging materials.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and has 2–3 years of food manufacturing experience with thermal processing/retort.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2–3 years in food manufacturing with thermal processing/retort experience.
• Strong documentation, analytical and communication skills; knowledge of food safety.

Responsabilités

• Support product development through testing, documentation, research, and trials.
