Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in the Philippines is seeking an R&D Documentation Specialist to consolidate, review, and maintain technical documents, costing inputs, and team reports.

You will ensure accuracy of raw material specs, process flows, recoveries, recipe sheets, and client submission documents, with 2–4 years in related roles. A Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or related field is required; willingness to shift and weekend schedules is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical course.
• 2–4 years in R&D documentation, QA, or costing support role (preferably food or FMCG).
• 6 days, open to shifting and weekend schedules.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate, review, and maintain all technical documents, costing inputs, and reports from the R&D team.
• Include raw material specs, process flows, recoveries, recipe sheets, costing support, program schedules, and client submission documents.
