Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking an R&D Documentation Specialist in Pasig, Philippines. The role involves consolidating, reviewing, and maintaining all technical documents and costing inputs produced by the R&D team. A background in food/FMCG and 2–4 years in related roles are preferred.

The candidate should be open to a 6 day shift, including weekends, to support ongoing projects and client submissions. Degree requirements include Food Technology, Nutrition, or Industrial Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical course.
• 2–4 years in R&D documentation, QA, or costing support role (preferably food or FMCG).
• 6 days, should be open to shifting and weekend schedules.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate, review, and maintain all technical documents, costing inputs, and reports generated by the R&D team.
• Manage raw material specs, process flows, recoveries, recipe sheets, costing support, program schedules, and client submission documents.
