Remote Raven is seeking a detail-oriented insurance submissions specialist to support US-based producers from the Philippines. You will ensure complete applications, chase missing items, and coordinate with underwriters to move quotes to bind.

Responsibilities include data entry in Applied Epic/Indio, document management, and timely follow-ups to keep workflows on track. Prior experience with carrier portals is preferred, and the role is full-time and remote based in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in insurance agency support working with producers or account managers
• Excellent written communication in English with underwriters and small-business owners
• High attention to detail on applications, quotes, binders and policy documents
• Able to work a full shift aligned with US Central business hours (overnight in the Philippines)

Responsabilités

• Assist producers with quoting and binding commercial policies from first quote request to bind confirmation
• Review applications and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy before submission
• Attach emails and documents to correct client records in the agency system
• Follow up with carrier underwriters and insureds to obtain missing information and inform producers of delays
• Set up new clients and policies in Applied Epic and verify data against source documents
