Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage tendering process including site visits, clarification meetings, and coordination with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare and manage progress claims, interim payments, variation orders (VOs), and final accounts for projects.
• Conduct quantity take-offs, prepare bills of quantities, and perform cost estimation based on construction drawings and specifications.
• Participate in tender briefings and site show-rounds to gather project-specific information.
• Undertake other related duties as required to support projects and operational needs.
