We are seeking Quantity Surveyors to manage project costs, budgets, progress billings, and subcontractor evaluations to keep projects profitable and within risk tolerances. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will monitor budgets, perform cost analysis, assist tender evaluations, and maintain contract administration from planning to completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mech/Elec Eng, Construction Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years experience in construction cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and cost planning.
• Experience with cost estimation, QA, contract administration, budgeting, tender evaluation, and cost analysis.

Link Energie Industries Co. Inc. is a construction company with 22 years of experience specializing in water infrastructure projects, including pipelaying, wastewater facilities, and reservoir engineering. We are currently managing seven ongoing projects across Greater Metro Manila in partnership with Manila Water and Maynilad Water.

About the Job:

We are seeking Quantity Surveyors to manage project costs, budgets, progress billings, subcontractor evaluations, contract administration, and cost reporting. The role ensures effective cost control, maximizes project profitability, and minimizes financial risks throughout the construction project lifecycle.

Role:

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing project costs and budgets throughout the construction lifecycle. You’ll oversee budget monitoring, progress billings, subcontractor evaluations, contract administration, and cost reporting to ensure effective cost control, maximize profitability, and minimize financial risks across every stage of the project.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Mech/Elec Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in construction cost estimates, quantity take offs and cost planning.
