Design Coordinates, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Architect with 3–5 years of combined experience in construction management and Quantity Surveying (QS) for diverse projects in Metro Manila. Knowledge of DUPA or Unit Price Analysis and contract administration is essential.

Experience in pre-contract and post-contract works, as well as post-construction and architectural fit-outs, is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and QS software is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Licensed Architect with 3–5 years in construction management and QS.
• Knowledge of DUPA/Unit Price Analysis and contract administration.
• Experience in pre-contract and post-contract work and field work.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture .

• Must be a Licensed Architect.

• 3–5 years of combined experience in construction management and pure Quantity Surveying (QS) work.

• Must be knowledgeable in DUPA (Detailed Unit Price Analysis) or Unit Price Analysis.

• Experience in pre-contract and post-contract works is preferred.

• Must have experience in post-construction and architectural fit-out projects, even for candidates with a Civil Engineering and Quantity Surveying background.

• Knowledgeable in contract administration.

• Experience in field work for commercial, residential, and other complex construction projects.

• Proficient in MS Office (QS) software.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
