We are currently looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor and/or Building Scheduler to support an upcoming residential development project.
The successful candidate will work closely with an Australian-based project team, providing support in quantity surveying, estimating, construction scheduling, and project documentation. The role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of Australian construction practices, and the ability to manage project requirements within agreed timelines.

We are specifically looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience working with Australian builders or construction companies
- Has strong experience in quantity surveying, estimating and/or construction scheduling
- Is familiar with Australian construction standards, processes and documentation
- Has experience working on residential or development projects similar to this scope
- Can work effectively with an Australian-based project team and meet required timelines
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review quantity take-offs, cost estimates, BOQs, budgets, and tender documentation.
- Review construction plans, drawings, specifications, and scope of works to ensure accurate costing and project requirements.
- Assist with construction scheduling, project planning, and timeline monitoring.
- Track project progress and identify potential delays, cost variations, and other project risks.
- Assist in reviewing and managing variations, materials, subcontractor costs, and construction-related documentation.
- Coordinate with builders, contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders as required.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and maintained in accordance with project requirements.
- Apply knowledge of Australian construction standards, processes, and documentation.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Australian-based project team.
- Ensure assigned tasks and deliverables are completed accurately and within required deadlines.
- Support other quantity surveying, estimating, scheduling, and project administration requirements as needed.
