Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in electrical quantity surveying or cost management.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and construction processes.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Excel.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

This role ensures financial discipline, compliance, and value engineering in all electrical installations and services.

Key Responsibilities

Cost Estimation & Budgeting

Prepare accurate electrical cost estimates and monitor project budgets.

Tendering & Procurement

Develop detailed BoQs, manage tender submissions, and negotiate procurement of electrical materials and services.

Contract Management

Administer electrical contracts, process change orders and resolve disputes within agreed timelines.

Measurement & Valuation

Conduct site measurements, prepare valuation reports, and ensure accuracy in progress payments.

Cost Control & Monitoring

Track project costs, forecast financials, and ensure recovery from variations and claims.
