Responsibilities

• specializes in bridging architectural design with financial feasibility, ensuring building plans are budget-compliant from conception to construction documentation.
• Analyze blueprints, prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and manage cost variations throughout the design process.
• Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation.
• Conduct feasibility studies and advise on cost-effective solutions.
• Measure and value construction work for payment purposes.
• Monitor project expenditures and report on cost performance.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Conduct risk analysis related to costs and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the project team to optimize resources and cost efficiency.
• Maintain detailed records of project costs, variations, and claims.

Requirements
