Job summary

SHIH PANTANGCO CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION is seeking a Cost Controller to manage project costs and contracts, prepare budgets, estimate costs from plans, and negotiate with contractors to protect financial interests.

You will monitor expenditures, issue financial reports, analyze cost variations, and advise on value engineering. The role is onsite in Pasig City with a Monday–Saturday schedule, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs.
• Excellent analytical thinking and math skills with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication for liaising with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Ability to negotiate effectively with contractors and suppliers.
• Familiarity with cost management and estimation software.

Responsibilities
