Job summary

Concentrix Cebu is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee Transaction Monitoring across programs and sites, ensuring accuracy and high performance of the Quality team. You will supervise staff, drive coaching, and support development within the portfolio.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to lead a multi-tasking team and mentor staff under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field, four-year college or university
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to lead team, multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines
• Mentor, coach and provide direction to team members
• Self-starter, sense of urgency, works well under pressure

Responsibilities

• Develop a department of well-trained professionals who continuously improve the organization and themselves
• Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions
• Conduct quarterly one-on-ones with Trainers
• Coordinate with Quality Supervisor and Operations on consistency issues
• Create and maintain consultant training schedule
• Cultivate relationships with Training Managers and Operations
• Coordinate maintenance and development of training tools
