Job summary

Samsung Electro-Mechanics Phils. Corp. is seeking a Training & Quality Administrator to lead quality training for production operators, plan and execute trainings, and evaluate their effectiveness to reduce human error and enable foolproofing on the line.

Requirements include a BS in Industrial Engineering, training or teaching experience, and proficiency in MS PowerPoint; IE certification is an advantage but not required; willingness to work longer hours is preferred.

Qualifications

• Plans, executes and evaluates quality trainings for production operators.
• Gives trainings to prevent human error and implement foolproofing on the line.
