Job summary

RTX, Collins Aerospace division, is seeking a onsite Quality Inspector in Cavite, Philippines. You will inspect purchased parts for conformance, compare quantities, and ensure accuracy of orders as per prints and specs.

Responsibilities include performing basic First Article Inspections, approving or rejecting items, and gathering data for technical reports and inspection plans. The role supports manufacturing quality in a fast-paced environment at First Philippine Industrial Park.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality inspection in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with First Article Inspections (FAI) and dimensional checks.

• Compares quantity and part number of items received with procurement data and other specifications to ensure completeness and accuracy of order.
• Inspects purchased parts & materials for conformance to specifications.
• Examines items for defects in materials, work, and damage occurring in transit.
• Inspects and measures items for dimensional accuracy, fit, alignment, and functional operation, according to prints, parts manuals, company standards, and other specifications.
• Performs basic First Article Inspections (FAI) and conformity inspections.
• Approves or rejects items, and records inspection and disposition information.
• Gathers data for preparation of technical reports.
• Gathers data to prepare inspection and test plans, standards and acceptance criteria, and procedures/work instructions.
