• QA/QMS experience and knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 requirements.
• Experience in internal quality audits and document control procedures.
• Strong leadership and ability to drive quality improvements.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains the quality management system (QMS) for the firm.
• Leads internal quality audits and reports performance during management reviews.
• Coordinates with customers and external bodies during audits and certifications.
• Manages documents, quality manuals, and procedures; ensures proper issuance and archival.
