Job summary

Ubiquity in Laguna seeks a Quality Supervisor to lead data analytics efforts, ensuring accurate statistical outputs and effective communication across management levels. You will design surveys, generate reports, and support client-facing activities with a proactive, data-driven mindset.

The role requires strong communication, at least 2 years in quality, and proficiency in MS Excel, with Six Sigma knowledge considered a plus in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 2+ years of quality experience.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma or any other process improvement tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of QA frameworks.
• Extensive knowledge of MS Excel.
• Experience in client-facing activities like client calibration, meetings, and performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analytics activities through the use of available statistical tools, software and methods.
• Analyze data from different sources and select appropriate statistical tools, software and methods.
• Ensure statistical analysis outputs are accurate.
• Apply statistical methods in survey design, implementation and data collection.
• Create standard and ad-hoc reports based on statistical concepts or models.
• Participate in reviews of data analytics output.
• Assist in presenting data analysis output to internal and external clients.
• Ensure statistical results are communicated to all levels of management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
