Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead data analytics efforts, ensure accuracy of statistical outputs, and deliver insights with clarity and impact. You will perform multi-source data analysis, design surveys, create standard and ad hoc reports, and present findings to internal and external clients while supporting QA frameworks in a fast-paced, collaborative team.

Strong communication skills and a minimum of two years quality experience are required, with Six Sigma knowledge

Qualifications

• 2+ years quality experience
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Knowledge of QA frameworks
• Proficient with MS Excel
• Experience with data analytics and statistical methods

Responsibilities

• Perform data analytics using statistical tools and methods
• Analyze data from multiple sources and select appropriate tools
• Ensure statistical outputs are accurate
• Apply statistical methods to design surveys and collect data
• Create standard and ad-hoc reports based on statistical models
• Participate in reviews of data analytics outputs
• Assist in presenting data analysis results to clients
• Ensure results are communicated to all management levels
• Perform other duties as assigned
