Ubiquity is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead data analytics efforts, ensuring accuracy and using statistical tools to derive insights. You will design surveys, develop reports, and support clients with clear data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years Quality experience.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma or any other process improvement tools is a plus.
• Knowledge on QA frameworks.
• Extensive knowledge with MS Excel.
• Experience in client-facing activities like client calibration, meetings, and performance reviews.
• Able to deal with people at all levels inside and outside the company.
• Able to multitask and operate in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Adapt to change and adjust priorities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analytics activities using statistical tools, software and methods.
• Analyze data from different sources and suggest appropriate statistical tools and methods.
• Ensure statistical analysis output is accurate.
• Apply statistical methods in survey design, implementation and data collection.
• Create standard and adhoc reports/ analyses based on statistical concepts or models.
• Participate in internal and external reviews of data analytics output.
• Assist in presenting data analysis output to internal and external clients.
• Ensure statistical results are communicated to all levels of management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
