Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in measuring in manufacturing.
• Proficient in using WordExcel office software.
• Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Maintain, calibrate, and clean measuring equipment.
• Maintain 5S in the measuring area.
• Minimum 1 year measuring in plastics and hardware manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Perform first article, process measurement and judgment on products.
• Fill in measurement records truthfully.
• Notify IPQC and OQC for traceability of non-conforming products.
• Analyze measuring equipment per QE instructions.
• Clean and maintain measuring instruments used for inspection.
• Maintain 5S in the measurement environment.
• Complete tasks promptly as assigned by superiors.

Job Description

• According to IPQC work guidelines and relevant inspection specifications, perform first article, process measurement, and judgment on products, as well as dispose of measurement non-conforming products;
• Fill in measurement records truthfully;
• Promptly notify IPQC and OQC for traceability, labeling, and isolation of products that do not meet measurement requirements;
• Analyze the measuring equipment according to QE instructions;
• Responsible for cleaning, checking, and maintaining the measuring instruments used for inspection;
• 5S maintenance of measurement environment;
• Timely and effectively complete tasks assigned by superiors;
• At least 1 year of experience in measuring in plastic and hardware manufacturing factories;
• Proficient in using WordExcel office software;
• Proficient in operating basic measuring tools such as image measuring instruments, calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc;
• Proactive, proactive, serious, and with a strong sense of responsibility.
