Role Description

The Quality Management Division Associate is a full-time, on-site role based at Chinese General Hospital and Medical Center in Metro Manila. The associate helps coordinate corrective and preventive actions, supports training activities related to quality standards, and collaborates with clinical and administrative teams to ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory guidelines. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, participating in quality improvement meetings, and contributing to projects that enhance patient outcomes and service efficiency.

Qualifications
