Job summary

Blitz Nutrition, based at the Pampanga plant, seeks a Quality Lead to oversee daily QA/QC routines and drive food-safety practices. You will organize documentation, refine HACCP processes, and troubleshoot non-conformances with the production team.

The role emphasizes hands-on quality control, attention to detail, and collaboration with R&D for consistent product quality from test batches through full production.

Qualifications

• Degree in Food Technology or Food Science or related field.
• Experience in QA/QC within food manufacturing or food preparation.
• Familiarity with HACCP and GMP.
• Neat, detail-oriented with hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Daily QA/QC checks: monitor product quality, inspect ingredients, ensure finished goods look and taste right.
• Support Food Safety & HACCP: draft guidelines, SOPs, and good manufacturing habits for production.
• Keep documents organized: maintain plant documentation and audit-ready logs.
• Spearhead troubleshooting: identify non-conformances and implement quick fixes.
• Collaborate with R&D: ensure quality during new flavor runs and scale to production.
