Job summary

Molex is seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality systems across our Philippines facilities. You will drive conformance to customer and engineering specifications and foster a culture of quality excellence.

Reporting to the Senior Quality Manager, you will supervise Quality Engineers and Supervisors, coordinate with stakeholders, and support continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with IATF/TS 16949, ISO 9000 and ISO 14000.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business or related field.
5+ years leading quality systems in manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and audits.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

Lead and maintain the Quality Management System and continuous improvement programs.
Drive preventive actions and zero-defect initiatives.
Ensure compliance with IATF/TS 16949, ISO 9000/ISO 14000.
Lead development and maintenance of quality systems supporting requirements.
Serve as liaison for customer quality concerns and audits.
Facilitate quality review meetings and CAPA processes.
Support new product/project quality planning.
Partner with leaders to identify improvement opportunities.
Oversee quality-related health, safety, and environmental activities.
Support talent development and performance management.
